The Star Mfg 2T-1182151 Thermostat TC125 is a temperature sensor that turns the heating circuit on or off by opening or closing, its internal switch depending on the conditions detected. It has a 5/16" diameter sensing bulb that is 5" long and 24" capillary that links to the control system to transmit temperature. The thermostat is fitted in compatible commercial cooking equipment, and the sensing bulb is placed in a position where the temperature is required to be measured accurately. It is designed to be used in high-usage kitchen settings and is connected to the electrical and safety systems.
