The American Range A99219 Top Door Hinge enables to the top door of the fryer to swing by giving the door a stable rotating attachment to the frame. As the door is opened or closed, the hinge pin slides in the body of the hinge, directing the door to its desired course. This is mounted on the upper corner of the fryer cabinet, where the door is attached to the structure of the unit. The hinge positions the door in line with the frame to allow the door to move smoothly and position itself appropriately.
