Alto-Shaam TR-3504 Timer 12HR 120V

The Alto-Shaam TR-3504 Timer is a 120 VAC mechanical timing control with a 12-hour timing range used on compatible Alto-Shaam cook-and-hold ovens. The timer receives electrical power from the oven circuit and provides timed control for the connected operating sequence. It is installed behind the control panel where its shaft and control interface connect to the external timing mechanism. During operation the timer counts through the selected period and changes its electrical contact state when the timing cycle reaches its set point. The 120V 60Hz design provides electrical control for the associated oven circuit while the 12-hour range accommodates extended cooking periods.
