The Lang LG2E-31400-04 Fryer Transformer 100VA 480V/240V is a replacement component which converts input voltage levels to support proper fryer operation. It takes in 480V primary and puts out 240V secondary which in turn powers the connected controls and circuits. This transformer is used in commercial fryer equipment found in foodservice kitchens, restaurants and related food preparation settings.
