The Cleveland SE00030 Steamer Trunion Valve Assembly is used to regulate steam flow by opening and closing a passageway inside the cooking chamber that pushes pressure through the cooking chamber. It is controlled by a rotating system which reacts to the external adjustment, controlling the quantity of steam emitted or stored during the use. This valve assembly is attached to the trunion portion of the steamer, where it connects with the main steam line, and has parts to provide means of maintaining correct pressure in the usual working conditions.
