The Pitco 60125402 Fryer RX Thermostat is a temperature controller that can be used in commercial fryers and it controls the heat level between 200°F and 374°F. With a 3/8" x 5-5/8" sensing bulb and a 2-1/4" diameter head with 36" capillary, It measures the temperature of the oil and tells the fryer to keep the cooking conditions constant.
