The Ultrafryer ULTR17A027 Pump Motor 115/230V 1/3Hp S297 works by transforming electrical power into the mechanical force to move filtration fluid that pulls hot shortening through the filtering medium. This is two-voltage element that uses internal windings and a drive shaft to ensure that there is a constant flow of fluid throughout the purification process. It is mounted in the internal filtration cabinet, which is mounted directly to the pump assembly under the skillet pots. The motor has a 1/3HP rating and can be used in 115V and 230V to suit industrial kitchen power requirements.
