The Ultrafryer ULTR18007 Fry Element is a thermal generator that can be used to produce 45 degrees of heat at 4kW by using a 240V electrical supply, and internal resistance. This dedicated part conveys that warmth directly, into the surrounding oil medium in order to sustain required cooking temperatures. The heating unit is set up in the fry pot at a particular angle of 45° in order to maximize the liquid contact and to have a uniform thermal distribution across the vat. This design enables the sheath to fit the internal arrangement of the tank and still have enough clearance from debris.
