The Fisher Manufacturing 2949 Pre-Rinse Valve 1.15 GPM is helps to regulate the amount of water used in rinsing dishes and cookware prior to washing. It works on an internal valve system which opens upon pressing the handle to spray water at a regulated rate of 1.15 gallons per minute to allow efficient pre-cleaning. This valve is fitted at the end of the pre-rinse system of a commercial sink, usually attached to a flexible hose and spray head, and it directs the water to where it is needed to carry out effective rinsing activities.
