The Uniworld UWDUM-30FB Flat Beater operates by rotating through heavy ingredients to incorporate air and distribute moisture evenly throughout a mixture. Its wide flat surface area creates mechanical shear against the inner walls of a mixing bowl to break down solids and blend batters without overworking the gluten components. This attachment is secured onto the planetary shaft of a commercial floor mixer by aligning the notched hub with the drive pin. The cast metal construction follows a specific angular path during the mixing cycle to reach the bottom and sides of the vessel for thorough homogenization.
