The Bakers Pride R3001X Oven Gas Valve On/Off regulates the flow of gas by either opening or closing the internal passage when the stem is switched. It controls the supply of gases to the burner so that the oven can be lit or turned off. The valve will be mounted directly on the gas line and is fit into the existing control system of the appliance to regulate the flow of fuel in a safe manner and to make sure that the valve does not obstruct the line.
