The Hoshizaki 4A3276-01 Liquid Line Solenoid Valve 1/4" ODF is a liquid line component that is electrically actuated for refrigerant control in ice machines or refrigeration systems in the sealed circuit. It works by energizing an internal coil that lifts a plunger mechanism to permit refrigerant to flow through the valve body and de-energising the coil closes the passage to prevent refrigerant from flowing and creates a liquid line isolation. This ON/OFF control assists in controlling refrigerant distribution in operating cycles and shutdowns. This is usually mounted between the condenser outlet and the expansion device in the refrigeration piping assembly.
