The Ultrafryer 18174 Fryer Washer Heating Element PTFE is a transformation of electrical energy into regulated heat to warm wash water used in cleaning fryer cycles. The element operates when the heat is transferred by the coating of PTFE to keep the temperature constant in order to keep the circulation and washing going. It is placed in the fryer washer assembly, which is mounted in the specially designed heating port and is able to touch the wash solution without obstructing pumps or spray arms. The component facilitates automated cleaning programs by heating the solution uniformly in cooperation.
