The Pitco PP10945 Water Valve is used to regulate the flow of water in the commercial fryer systems, when cleaning and filtration are taking place. It has a 3/8-inch brass fitting that fits firmly into the water line of the fryer to enable the water flow to be properly controlled. It is installed as a component of the plumbing system and guides the flow of water in case of draining or filling the system. This valve is used in restaurant kitchens and food service operations to assist in the normal maintenance and help in safe and consistent fryer operation by maintaining a consistent supply of water to the fryer.
