The Star Mfg Y8213 Drive Motor is an electric agitator unit designed to rotate the stirring system in compatible popcorn machines. Its primary operation is to provide controlled rotational movement that keeps kernels oil, and seasonings circulating during the popping process. Operating at 45 RPM on a 120V, 60Hz power supply the motor converts electrical energy into mechanical motion to drive agitator assembly, and associated components. Placed in the machines drive section, and connected to the agitator mechanism it supports consistent boiling operation even mixing, reduced sticking, and consistent popcorn production.
