The Hobart 00-711355 Natural Gas Valve 1/2" FPT operates by controlling the flow of natural gas using a controlled flow which provides an adequate supply of natural gas to the equipment that is connected to it. It works by having an internal passage that opens and closes when necessary, and this provides fine control of the flow of gases in the system. This valve is commonly fitted in the commercial kitchen equipment or gas supply lines, and it is placed where accurate control of the flow is needed to ensure the correct operation of the equipment.
