The Hobart 00-941233-00005 Dishwasher Shaft Seal is used to cover a rotating shaft to restrict the flow of fluids, air, or contaminants between moving and stationary components. The flexible sealing when pressed against the surface of the shaft ensures there is a separation between the internal and external as the shaft rotates. It is fitted to the housing or bore of equipment from which the shaft leaves a chamber or gearbox. This shaft seal is designed to be replaced when it is worn out, cracked, in proper contact during normal use.
