The Groen 001594 Jacketed Kettle Compound Gauge W/1/4" MPT Bottom 2-1/2" DIA is utilized to measure the change in both the vacuum and the pressure by forcing fluid or air through the 1/4 inch MPT bottom connection into the internal sensing mechanism moving the pointer. This movement shows the readings on the dual scale 2-1/ 2 inch diameter dial showing the vacuum and pressure readings simultaneously. It is connected to a monitoring port of compatible steam, pressure or vacuum systems where it is required to be measured directly.
