The SECO 0158000 Urn Heater 208V 5000W operates by transforming electrical power into thermal energy by a high-wattage resistive element, that is submerged in a liquid tank. The single-phase connection causes the heating coil to produce a high amount of heat which is transferred directly to the water around it to attain high temperatures. This component is firmly attached to the bottom of the commercial drinks urn to keep the thermal levels constant. The design has threaded terminals to be integrated, with electricity and a circular flange to create a watertight seal with the vessel floor.
