The Keating 023144 Thermostat responds to changing thermal conditions by altering the electrical control state when the selected setting is reached. Its sensing mechanism detects heat variation within the connected assembly and coordinates the control sequence with adjoining electrical parts. The enclosed framework fits the intended mounting location while remaining connected within the regulated circuit. Mounted on commercial cooking equipment the sensing element reacts to changing temperatures in the monitored section and initiates the corresponding electrical response through the connected control system.
