The Taylor Freezer 046238 Scraper Blade Clip 8-3/4" is used to keep the blade of the freezer in place so that there is always contact with the evaporator surface. It is fitted right on the blade assembly and provides a firm grip on the blade edge. The clip is parallel to the blade, and it does not change its orientation as the blade turns. Its positioning is combined with the scraper assembly which enables the blade to move well without interfering with other parts.
