The Cres Cor 08480083AC Probe is a temperature sensor that detects temperature variations at its tip and converts them into an electrical signal which is sent to other control elements. This signal is used to check and adjust the operating conditions of compatible foodservice or heating equipment in use. The probe is usually installed in the inside cavity of the equipment or at a specified point of mounting where temperature measurement is needed. It has a metal sensing shaft that has lead wiring attached to be fitted into existing assemblies. The component facilitates the provision of regular data feedback to the control boards and monitoring systems.
