The Market Forge 10-5209 Low Water Cut-Off Gasket 3-1/16" X 3-1/16" is a flat gasket used to seal mating surfaces in commercial kitchen appliances. It works by pressing under assembly pressure to seal off surface defects forming a tight seal that avoids the leakage of fluids or gases. This gasket is installed around the 3-1/16" openings of the respective components and aligned with the interface before attaching so that the surface to be sealed is properly between the mating surfaces to operate correctly.
