The Market Forge 10-6156 Disposable Steam Tap is a part of a steam system that is used to take away condensate and, at the same time avoid the loss of live steam. It has a body size of 5/8" with a 3/4" neck to fit in the compatible steam equipment, such as commercial steam kettles and other such appliances. The trap is fitted in the steam line, and it automatically releases condensed water that develops in the heating cycles, which assists in maintaining the same level of steam pressure and temperature.
