This mechanical action regulates the flow of energy to the heating elements maintaining the desired set point based on thermal expansion. This component is mounted within the control panel of the oven with its long capillary tube extending through the chassis to reach the primary cooking zone. This specific configuration utilizes a fitting to ensure a safeconnection to the gas manifold or electrical housing.
