The Robot Coupe 102690 Food Processor Discharge Plate should be removed from the cutting area when slicing or shredding is finished. The food is directed out of the processing chamber as it passes through the discharge opening as the motor rotates the cutting disc. This discharge plate is placed within the food processor housing and it is located below the cutting disc and above the collection container. It is designed in a manner that it fits the internal outlet track of the machine. The plate is used as a component of the product flow system in the regular food processing activities.
