The Ultrafryer 103561 Filter Screen is used to trap food particles and debris as oil passes through the screen when the fryer is in operation. The screen is placed in the filtration or drain section of the fryer and is placed flat in the frame or support provided. It is 14.75 inches square with a hole in the middle and is made to fit fryer drain holes and filter assemblies. This element is applied in commercial settings to assist in the normal oil flow control during cooking and normal filtration.
