The Ultrafryer ULTR103561 Filter Screen particles and debris in oil as it flows through the filtration system of a fryer to allow cleaner oil to flow through and the solids to be trapped. It has an open mesh surface that is adjusted to the flow specifications of the fryer such that the particles are retained on the screen during the filtering process. This filter screen fits in the center of high-flow zone systems. It is installed in the oil flow line and it connects with the housing and filter frame to facilitate oil filtration processes.
