The Kason 10486A00400 Push Rod/Inside Release with recessed housing works by operating an internal mechanism in which a latch of a door is activated by accessing the inside of the enclosure. It works on a simple push action to release the assembly to access. This element is normally installed in the doors of walk-in coolers or freezes and is recessed in the interior panel to provide a smooth and integrated surface and to provide uniform latch interaction.
