The TurboChef 105160 Oven Mechanical Relay 2-Pole DPDT switches between electrical circuits in response to a control signal being switched on, with the contact mechanism moved to alternate between connections between two poles that have a double-throw capability. When coil is switched on, the relay would close the current between the common and normally open/closed terminals and when the coil is switched off, the contacts would be restored to their original positions. It is installed in electrical control assemblies of compatible ovens or other equipment where this form of multi-circuit switching is required.
