The Frymaster 1061424 Fryer Computer Probe detects the temperature of cooking oil and transmits measurement data to the electronic control system, allowing the system to regulate its heating cycle during operation. Built with an 11-1/4-inch x 4-1/4-inch sensing probe, 3/16-inch diameter, 36-inch leads, a 1/8-inch male push pin, and a 35-inch high-temperature sleeve, it is configured for integration with the fryer's control circuit. This is positioned inside compatible commercial fryers near the fry pot, where it continuously monitors oil temperature and provides input to the computer controller throughout the cooking process for consistent equipment operation.
