Manufacturer:
The Blodgett 11501 Solenoid Valve is a 1/2" 120V used in commercial cooking equipment ovens, ranges and grills. The flow gas to the burner is controlled by this type of solenoid valve, to keep the flow precise and safe. The solenoid valve opens when energized by an electrical signal, and allows gas to flow to the burner. When the valve is de-energized, it closes shut the gas supply. This on/off control allows for precise flame control, and precise temperature regulation and efficient cooking. It offers better temperature control, a higher level of safety preventing leak of the gas and saving energy by using less gas.
