Southbend 1190568 Oven Burner W/Assembly

The Southbend 1190568 Oven Burner With Assembly generates a controlled flame for heating within the cooking chamber in commercial systems. As gas enters through the supply passage and mixes with combustion air before reaching the burner ports, establishing an even flame pattern along the heating section. The assembled configuration combines the burner frame and associated mounting sections integrated as one installation arrangement. Ports distribute the fuel-air mixture across the designated area, while the surrounding support keeps the assembly positioned relative to the chamber floor. The combustion output raises the chamber temperature during programmed heating cycles.
