The Jade Range 120-150-000 Infrared Broiler Burner 5-1/8" X 24-1/8" is meant to produce heat to be used in commercial broiling equipment by transforming gas fuel into radiant energy in a burner surface assembly. It works with the gas passing through the burner ports, and igniting it to generate infrared radiation, which imparts heat onto food products directly to control the searing and browning processes. It is placed in the broiler combustion chamber, and connected to the gas supply lines, and ignition part to provide coordinated operation.
