The Cambro 12102 Insulated Container Gasket is a tight-fitting gasket that is designed to fit the rim of compatible containers. It operates by being slightly compressed when the lid is put on, to preserve the internal environment of the container. The gasket is made to fit tightly around the edge of the container and can be fitted and removed easily and cleaned or replaced. It is made of flexible material and is shaped to the shape of the lid and container so that there is uniform contact over the whole surface.
