The APW 1380200 Holding Cabinet Safety Thermostat 36" CAP is a temperature safety control designed for compatible commercial holding cabinets. It is installed within the heating circuit with the sensing bulb positioned to monitor internal temperature. When the monitored temperature reaches the designated limit the thermostat changes the electrical contact state to control the heating circuit. It works with the heating elements and associated wiring to regulate heat production according to the equipment control sequence. The thermostat provides temperature sensing and switching within the heating system while assisting establish the required operating limits during normal cabinet operation.
