The Star Mfg Y9266 Holding Cabinet Safety Thermostat 36" CAP is a temperature safety control used with compatible commercial holding cabinets. It is installed within the heating circuit with the sensing bulb positioned to monitor cabinet temperature. The thermostat responds to temperature changes and switches the electrical contacts when the monitored condition reaches its designated limit.
