The Nieco 16202 Flame Arrestor Dual 13 Belt 30" X 9-3/4" is mounted to make ensure that the flames do not simply flow straight back to the burner assembly and that normal airflow is passed through the system. It operates by cutting, and disrupting the power of flames inside its mesh or barrier structure. This arrestor is attached in the burner or cooking chamber section and it is mounted in the airflow way between the burners and the conveyor area. It assists in controlled combustion, equipment protection and stable operation in compatible commercial cooking systems.
