The Nieco NC19970 Flame Arrestor Dual 13 Belt 30" X 9-3/4" interrupts the flame travel in the regular burner system but leaves the normal airflow to pass through to facilitate efficient cooking. It operates by dispersing the heat and removing the flames that spread to other sections of the unit. This kind of stopper is fitted on the burner pathway over or adjacent to the conveyor belt assembly.
