The Delfield 1702090 Door Gasket 21-3/4" X 27-1/8" supports to seal the edges of the door to avoid the exchange of air between the interior and the outside. The concept of operation is that of compression against the door frame when the opening is closed to establish a barrier that supports contain the interior temperature. This is attached to the perimeter around the compatible unit doors. It serves as a sealing contact between the door and cabinet. This is applied in the commercial systems where internal temperatures are to be maintained.
