The Henny Penny 17505 Fryer Filter Screen Clip is made to hold the filter screen firmly in place when the pan is filtering oil. It operates by attaching to the separator screen to keep it in place so that cooking fluid can go through it, but the food particles and sediment are trapped. This is fitted in the drain pan assembly below the heating vat. Fabricated to suit its settings, it assists in keeping the filter screen in place when it is in use.
