The U-Line 1980-036 Thermocouple 36" 20-30 mV is a temperature-sensing system for compatible cooking appliances. It is used to measure the heat levels at a certain point and to convert the temperature change into a low-voltage signal in a certain range. This signal is sent to the control circuit, where heating/cooling operations can be controlled according to operating conditions. It is mounted in the appliance's sensing and safety circuit, and assists in ensuring stable temperature control, and correct system reaction during operation in commercial and light-duty refrigeration applications.
