Manufacturer:
The Manitowoc 20-0802-9 Ice Thickness Control Probe detects the ice formation by contact or temperature variations as ice forms on the evaporator surface. Once the ice has attained a specified thickness, probe will provide a signal to the control system to start the next phase of the ice-making process. This ice thickness control probe is attached to the evaporator assembly, and the sensing tip is placed so that it is in the ice growth area. It is 5-1/2" by 3-1/4" and has connection wiring.
