The Garland 224023 Oven Thermostat Dial Kit 2-1/2" DIA Flat Down Mount rotates to change the temperature setting, and the rotation turns the internal control shaft to indicate the thermostat. The pointer follows the indicated temperature values between 150°F and 550°F as the knob is rotated and, the desired level of heat is selected. It is mounted in a 4-way position on the front control panel with a diameter of 0.290", and it is flush with the surface, which offers a convenient method of adjusting and monitoring the oven temperature during operation.
