Manufacturer:
The Blodgett 23034 Oven Axial Cooling Fan works by spinning around blades to circulate air through the internal parts which assists in controlling the temperature in use. The motor operates on 220V/240V and rotates at 3100 RPM to pump air whenever the oven is in operation. This is usually fitted on the inside of the cabinet with a set of 4-1/8" holes at the control compartments or assemblies that are sensitive to heat. It promotes the steady flow of air to control heat accumulation in the area of electrical and mechanical components.
