The Holman 2U-200577 Cooling Axial Fan assists in controlling the internal airflow of the commercial ovens to ensure that the operating temperatures are safe. It has a circulation rate of 3100 RPM and operates on 220/240 V electrical systems to eliminate the accumulation of heat around the essential parts. The fan has 4-1/8" holes centered to allow safe fitting and deliver consistent cooling in the event of long cooking times. It is used to maintain stable operation of the oven and minimize the threat of overheating, and add to the part in typical food service conditions.
