The Garland 2310000 Gas Griddle Dial Insert High/Low Flame Failure regulates the amount of gas flowing to the pan, and it can be set to high or low. It is also sensitive to flame failure conditions, whereby gas is cut off in case the flame goes off to prevent unnecessary flow accumulation. This insert will be fitted in the front control panel of the compatible appliances and will fit directly into the existing knob assembly to work seamlessly. It makes sure that the plate works based on the chosen level of flame.
