The Rational 24.00.200P Inner Glass Pane SC CM 102 creates a transparent wall that allows the heat to pass through but isolates the cooking cavity. The pane also balances the temperatures inside the building by reducing heat loss and controlling the airflow through the door assembly. It fits between the internal and the external door panel into the door structure of compatible combi ovens. The glass has uniform visibility into the chamber, has a high heat cycle tolerance, and has the right door sealing geometry. Its size and finish are factory specifications of controlled fit and operation.
