The Keating 25584 High Limit Thermostat is a temperature part that is used to prevent a fire hazard due to an abnormal rise in control in commercial cooking equipment. It has a 1/4" x 4" sensing bulb and comes with a 30" capillary tube for easy and effective remote mounting to sense the temperature. When this is applied to fryers or other heat-producing equipment, it will sense the operating setting all the time. When the preset is exceeded, this will break the heating circuit. It is a possibility of fire in restaurants, commercial kitchens, and foodservice installations.
