The Star Mfg 2E-30305-01 Infinite Switch is a panel-mounted control that adjusts the electrical current flowing to heating elements within a continuous range of settings permitting control of the amount of heat produced instead of toggling between fixed settings. It has a rotary mechanism attached to control shaft such that the rotation of the knob varies the power level of the element. This is an unlimited switch that is mounted in the control panel of compatible cooking or warming parts and has terminals that are used on the back of the component to be wired.
